Built by people who file abuse complaints for a living.

Takedown.su is the kinetic-response brand of 78 OVER 37 LIMITED, a private limited company providing brand-defense and abuse-handling services. We sit alongside the Overload.su domain-takedown practice and share intake, evidence standards and on-call rosters.

Why "kinetic"?

Most "takedown" vendors operate as a hybrid between a SaaS dashboard and a helpdesk ticketing system. They scrape a feed, generate an automated abuse complaint, and call it a day. That model produces high "report counts" and low "actual closures". The dwell time experienced by the attacker's actual victims keeps climbing year-on-year because nobody owns the closure step.

Takedown.su is built around the closure step. We borrow vocabulary from incident response (kill chain, dwell time, parallel outreach) because the work is incident response — every minute the abusive content is reachable, more victims pass through the funnel. Our ops culture treats minutes-to-block and minutes-to-removal as the only metrics that ultimately matter.

Who we are

The Takedown.su team is staffed by abuse-handling engineers, OSINT analysts, an in-house counsel for escalations and an incident manager who owns each case from intake to closeout. Senior staff have backgrounds in CSIRT operations, anti-fraud functions inside large e-commerce and financial-services platforms, and direct abuse-handling at registrars and hosts. We hire for "filed an abuse complaint that worked" before any other criterion.

Our parent company

78 OVER 37 LIMITED is the private limited company behind Takedown.su, the public abuse intake at sitereport.su, the SEO-fraud investigations brand at seo-fraud.su, the registrar-focused practice at domain-takedown.su, the umbrella brand-defense programme at brand-protection.su, and the Overload.su domain-takedown service. Each brand specialises in a different request pattern, but they share infrastructure, evidence standards and personnel.

Methodology, not magic

What works isn't a secret. Forensic evidence packaged correctly the first time. Parallel outreach to every responsible party. Persistent follow-up that doesn't allow a case to slide off the responsibility surface. Continuous monitoring for re-emergence. The reason most takedowns fail is that one or more of those steps isn't owned by anyone. We own all of them.

  • Hashed, time-anchored evidence stored in immutable archives.
  • Parallel outreach to host, registrar, registry, browser, ad network and payment processor.
  • Re-emergence monitoring until the campaign exits.
  • Closeout report with every milestone timestamped.
  • Zero retaliatory technical action against attacker infrastructure.

What we will not do

We will not perform unauthorised access, denial-of-service, or any technical action against attacker infrastructure that would itself be unlawful. We will not file fabricated abuse complaints. We will not represent both sides of a brand dispute. We will not sell silence to actors trying to suppress lawful speech, journalism, research or commercial competition. If you bring us a case that fits any of those patterns, we will decline.

Working with us

Engagements are typically structured as either single-case investigations (one URL, one campaign, one closure report) or as continuous monitoring with an embedded response retainer. The simplest way to start is to send us one live abusive URL and watch how a case is run; that is also the cheapest way to validate the methodology before committing to a programme.
